Fee waiver for people who need it most.

Modus offers discounted or sponsored access for parents facing family violence, legal hardship or financial hardship. If you meet one of the criteria below, apply and we'll respond within 48 hours.

Eligibility

You qualify if any of the following apply.

You only need to meet one of these criteria. You do not need to provide documents to apply — just tell us which one applies in the form.

  • You currently hold an active protection order (an intervention order, apprehended violence order, restraining order, or equivalent).
  • You have a current Legal Aid grant of assistance.
  • You hold a valid Centrelink concession or health care card.

Our commitment

We review every Safe Access application manually and respond within 48 hours. If we need to confirm anything with you, we'll ask by email before making a decision.
